D2Emotion today announced the launch of FEELBOT, a First-of-its-Kind AI platform designed to predict and understand children’s emotions in real time. Trained on over a decade of classroom-based emotional data, FEELBOT analyzes multidimensional signals—including expressions, colors, text, and contextual patterns—to achieve over 90% prediction accuracy. Designed for schools and families, the platform provides personalized emotional care while fostering self-awareness, empathy, and resilience in children.

FEELBOT introduces a new category of AI innovation, combining advanced emotional inference algorithms with a child-centered design. Students interact with a personalized avatar that serves as an “empathetic second self,” enabling them to express emotions naturally—even those that are difficult to verbalize. The system delivers tailored experiences, such as book recommendations, voice narration, supportive chatbot dialogue, and gamified emotional learning journeys.

Teachers and parents gain access to real-time visualizations of emotional states, allowing for timely intervention and continuous support. Pilot programs in Japanese schools have already demonstrated strong outcomes, including a 66% reduction in student absenteeism, highlighting FEELBOT’s educational and social impact.

FEELBOT also aligns with Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) frameworks and broader ESG goals by addressing critical challenges such as absenteeism, child mental health, and social connection.
